It has been nearly 24 years since Omer approached me with the request to design a new snorkel. The primary requirement was that it had to be highly efficient in terms of air passage, ensuring optimal ventilation for the freediver. Additionally, it needed to be very easy to clear of water, with no residual water left behind. Another crucial aspect was the extreme comfort of both the mouthpiece and the tube, ensuring that the snorkel would be pleasant to use for extended periods. The goal was to combine functionality with comfort, creating a superior snorkeling experience.
Zoom is still being sold today and its features have perfectly met the needs of the manufacturing company.
